Hank Adams
FOUNDER
Hank Adams is the founder of ACH and serves as an independent arbitrator and technical consultant on complex construction matters.
He brings more than four decades of executive-level construction experience to dispute resolution, grounded in firsthand responsibility for project delivery, organizational leadership, and operational decision-making.
Before founding ACH, Hank served as Executive Vice President and Division Manager of the Kiewit Infrastructure Group, overseeing major operating districts and large-scale union construction operations across the East Coast. He also served on Kiewit’s Board of Directors from 2013 until his retirement in 2024.
Hank began his career as a field engineer in 1979 and advanced through every level of project and operational leadership. That experience informs his approach today: focusing on what actually occurred on a project, evaluating technical and performance issues with objectivity, and providing clear, defensible judgment.
Hank maintains separation from project execution, allowing him to serve as a neutral authority trusted by owners, contractors, counsel, and decision-makers.
