Who is ACH?

Adams Consulting Holdings is a dispute resolution and technical consulting firm serving the construction and infrastructure industry. The firm provides independent evaluation and advisory services on complex project matters where clarity, fairness, and sound judgment are essential.

ACH works on issues involving schedule, cost, performance, and risk allocation, particularly on large or technically complex projects. The firm’s approach is grounded in real project conditions and practical decision-making, not abstract theory or advocacy positions.

ACH operates independently and does not pursue outcomes. Its role is to help parties understand what happened, why it happened, and how project decisions align with the realities of complex construction work.
